LP-CRM is a CRM system, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has more than ten years of experience in the product business, because we face challenges every day, leads drowned in Excel, operators wasted time copying, warehouse accounting was failing, and the effectiveness of traffic was assessed inaccurately.
We tested the market for ready-made CRMs, but everything was either too complicated, or cost unreasonably expensive, or tailored for services, not goods.
So we developed our own solution, specifically for the needs of eCommerce and product business.
Today LP-CRM helps manage leads without routine, see current balances, calculate KPIs and payments, increase operator productivity, automate communications, combine calls into a single circuit and carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international carriers).
