LP-CRM is a customer relationship management system, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has over 10 years of experience in the product business, because we face challenges every day, leads drowned in Excel, the team did routine instead of sales, the warehouse was difficult to control, and advertising costs remained unclear.
We tested the market for ready-made CRMs, but most turned out to be too complicated, or expensive, or without a focus on product business.
Therefore, we created our own CRM, tailored to the processes of product business and eCommerce.
Today LP-CRM helps manage leads without routine, see current balances, calculate salaries, set up a call center, launch messages to customers, integrate IP telephony and logistics services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international carriers).
