LP-CRM is a customer relationship management system, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has over 10 years of experience in the product business, so we understand real tasks, leads drowned in Excel, employees spent hours manually transferring data, warehouse balances were opaque, and the effectiveness of traffic was assessed inaccurately.
We tested the market for ready-made CRMs, but everything was either too complicated, or cost unreasonably expensive, or tailored for services, not goods.
So we developed our own solution, specifically for the needs of eCommerce and product business.
Today LP-CRM helps organize work with leads, control the warehouse, automate manager motivation, set up a call center, launch messages to customers, integrate IP telephony and carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, other delivery services).
