Who we are

LP-CRM is a customer relationship management system, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has over 10 years of experience in the product business, and we know typical pain points well, applications were scattered across tables, employees spent hours manually transferring data, the warehouse was difficult to control, and the profitability of advertising channels was vague.
We tested the market for ready-made CRMs, but most turned out to be too complicated, or with a high entry barrier, or created for other niches.
So we developed our own solution, specifically for the needs of eCommerce and product business.
Today LP-CRM helps organize work with leads, control the warehouse, calculate KPIs and payments, set up a call center, automate communications, connect telephony and delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international carriers).
