LP-CRM is a CRM system, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has 10+ years of experience in the product business, so we understand real tasks, leads drowned in Excel, employees spent hours manually transferring data, warehouse accounting was failing, and the profitability of advertising channels was vague.
We were looking for a ready-made solution on the market, but everything was either too complicated, or expensive, or created for other niches.
As a result, we built LP-CRM, tailored to the processes of product business and eCommerce.
Today LP-CRM helps organize work with leads, control the warehouse, calculate KPIs and payments, increase operator productivity, launch messages to customers, integrate IP telephony and carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international carriers).
