LP-CRM is a CRM system, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has more than ten years of experience in the product business, because we face challenges every day, leads drowned in Excel, operators wasted time copying, warehouse accounting was failing, and advertising costs remained unclear.
We were looking for a ready-made solution on the market, and often - overcomplicated, or expensive, or tailored for services, not goods.
As a result, we built LP-CRM, tailored to the processes of product business and eCommerce.
Today LP-CRM helps organize work with leads, maintain transparent warehouse accounting, calculate KPIs and payments, set up a call center, send SMS mailings, combine calls into a single circuit and logistics services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international carriers).
