LP-CRM is a CRM platform, developed by eCommerce practitioners.
Our team has 10+ years of experience in the product business, so we understand real tasks, applications were scattered across tables, the team did routine instead of sales, warehouse accounting was failing, and advertising costs remained unclear.
We were looking for a ready-made solution on the market, but everything was either too complicated, or with a high entry barrier, or created for other niches.
As a result, we built LP-CRM, tailored to the processes of product business and eCommerce.
Today LP-CRM helps automate lead management, maintain transparent warehouse accounting, calculate KPIs and payments, set up a call center, automate communications, connect telephony and carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, other delivery services).
